5. Property Listings
Property owners are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, complete, and lawful.
Realestify may edit listing content for formatting, grammar, or marketing purposes without altering the commercial terms.
Publication of a property does not guarantee:
- Bookings
- Tenants
- Buyers
- Rental income
- Investment returns
6. Payments
Service fees, commissions, and applicable taxes are outlined in your quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Delayed reporting
- Additional charges where applicable
7. Property Management
Where engaged as a Property Manager, Realestify may coordinate:
- Property inspections
- Maintenance
- Tenant communication
- Vendor management
- Rent collection (where authorized)
Realestify acts solely as a service provider and does not acquire ownership rights over any property.
8. Maintenance
Maintenance requests may be submitted through:
- Website
- Customer Dashboard
- Phone
Emergency repairs may be carried out without prior approval when immediate action is necessary to prevent serious damage or safety risks.
9. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
- Provide false information.
- Upload unlawful content.
- Misuse the Platform.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Interfere with Platform security.
- Violate applicable laws.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including logos, branding, graphics, text, software, and designs, remains the property of Realestify unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realestify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
